Migration of deactivated user accounts in a Exchange 2003 to 2010 Migration

During the migration process of SBS 2003 to 2010 I encountered many errors, but one of the most puzzling ones was the migration of a few deactivated accounts. After enabling the accounts i tried to move the mailboxes to no avail, I  received the error message "Move Mailbox Fails:  Error details: MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to open message store. (hr=0x80070005, ec=-2147024891) ".
